These Terms govern your use of Oniise. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Oniise

Oniise is a technology platform that connects clients with independent service professionals.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Oniise is not:

  • the employer of professionals,
  • a staffing agency,
  • a contractor performing services on behalf of clients.

Oniise provides technology, verification, booking, payment facilitation, trust and safety tools, and operational support to enable successful service delivery.

2. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain current contact details.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for activity under their account.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate service descriptions.
  • Ensure safe access to service locations.
  • Treat professionals respectfully.
  • Pay applicable fees.
  • Comply with applicable laws.

Clients must not request illegal, unsafe, or prohibited work.

4. Professional Responsibilities

Professionals using Oniise agree to:

  • Maintain accurate profiles.
  • Perform only services they are qualified to provide.
  • Maintain required licenses or certifications where applicable.
  • Carry required insurance when necessary.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Conduct themselves professionally.
  • Protect client privacy and property.

Professionals remain responsible for their own tax obligations, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

5. Verification

Verification badges indicate that Oniise has reviewed specific information at a point in time, such as identity or documentation.

Verification is not a guarantee of future conduct, skill, or performance.

6. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after acceptance and any required payment authorization.

Oniise may decline, cancel, or reschedule bookings for safety, compliance, operational, or capacity reasons.

7. Payments

Payments may include:

  • Service fees
  • Platform fees
  • Taxes (where applicable)
  • Priority or emergency surcharges
  • Cancellation charges

All pricing is displayed before confirmation.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on:

  • Notice provided
  • Professional travel
  • Preparation completed
  • Service category

Applicable fees will be shown before booking.

9. Ratings & Reviews

Clients and professionals may submit ratings and reviews based on genuine experiences.

Content that is false, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or misleading may be removed.

Repeated misuse may result in account suspension.

10. Safety & Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • Fraud
  • Identity theft
  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Violence or threats
  • Illegal services
  • Bribery
  • Misuse of verification badges
  • Circumventing Oniise to avoid platform fees for bookings initiated through the platform, unless expressly permitted

Oniise reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Independent Professionals

Professionals are independent service providers and are not employees of Oniise.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Oniise and professionals.

12. Insurance & Licensing

Some services require professional licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance.

Professionals are responsible for maintaining any credentials required by law. Oniise may request documentation but does not replace regulatory oversight or professional licensing authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oniise's liability is limited to the fees paid through the platform for the applicable booking. Oniise is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or services provided by independent professionals.

14. Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises:

  1. Contact the other party through Oniise.
  2. Contact Oniise Support if the issue remains unresolved.
  3. Participate in mediation or another agreed dispute resolution process where appropriate.
  4. Pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law if the matter cannot be resolved.

15. Account Suspension

Oniise may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Repeated cancellations or abuse
  • Safety concerns
  • Submission of false documentation
  • Criminal activity
  • Violation of these Terms

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels, and continued use of Oniise after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
